Do you believe honesty is always best?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for July 28, 2009:
Yes honesty and truth are the best policies when it comes from a space of love... Truth can lift us up, and sometimes it can sting... But you can move on armed with knowledge.
When someone lies to you, they take your choices away... At that point your response or reaction to them is not based in truth, so now you are manipulated into lying to them for whatever gain... Your choice (to participate or not) may have been entirely different had they been honest.... the prize is, you usually get chumped and trust in that person is damaged forever.
