How do your emotions affect your body?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for October 20, 2008:
I used to be all over the place.... ooops, that was last comment, last week.... i used to get physically ill, butterflied stomach pangs, panic, emotional overload and shutdown, whateverrrrrr.....Now, I feel my emotions, all of them... I let them gracefully run their course... without too much time passing.... I let the feeling go, get it out of my system and then I get on with the bizzy-ness of living in the present and life itself.... I don't have time to be bogged down with external nonsense. Amazingly, I have no physical side-effects anymore.....
As for stress, Breathing always works... a yogini's mantra for calmness. Cleansing breath always detoxifies the body in times of drama and brings all organic systems back to a tranquil peaceful and healthy balance...
