What value do you refuse to compromise?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for October 08, 2007:
plain and simply... my integrity...
when something or someone puts me in a position that compromises my personal integrity in a negative way... I would rather walk away from it than betray myself.
(Integrity is such a loaded word...with so many variables, but these are my basics :-)
then there's artistic integrity...
it has met with my approval/standards before the client sees it, or they don't see it...
and intellectual integrity...
I'm too old to dummy down for others to be comfortable with/about themselves...
and all reactions are expressed with as much grace, kindness and balance I possibly can in the moment :-) in other words, I'm not rude about it...
